THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE
You stopped repeating "this is the last time" to yourself in private, and you took a real step instead of another promise.
That decision took more honesty than most people are willing to give this problem. The guilt, the regret, the same habit repeating itself after every "never again," none of that means you're weak. It means you were stuck without the right approach, not without the will to change.
That's exactly what The Discipline Code is built to give you.

JOIN: Private Telegram CommunityOpen The Discipline Code. Read the part that walks you through identifying the specific triggers that keep pulling you back, whether that's stress, boredom, loneliness or something else entirely. Write down your top two or three. Naming them clearly is what makes them easier to catch the next time they show up.
Turn to Day 1 of your 30-Day Discipline Plan. Read through it once, slowly, so you know exactly what it asks of you before you're in the middle of it. Don't start it yet. Just know it.
Begin Day 1 for real. Follow the steps as written, even the ones that feel small. If pornography is part of your struggle, open Break Free From Porn as well and go through its first section the same day. You don't need to get everything perfect from day one. You need to do the next right thing, and then do it again the day after that.
I built this because I know what it feels like to want to stop and still find yourself back at the same habit, over and over, no matter how much you meant it the time before.
Reading this guide once won't change anything by itself. What changes things is doing what's inside it, day after day, especially on the days it feels difficult or pointless.
You've already taken the harder step by starting today. Keep going.
